This Acceptable Users Policy ( AUP ) spells out terms and conditions of accessing to Sarawak.net and outlines sarawak.net and its users responsibilities.

All users accessing to Sarawak.net servers and network system(s) agree to the terms and conditions contained on all pages which are identified with the account classification.

Sarawak.net services may be used ONLY for lawful purposes. In accessing the CIN system(s) and service(s), user(s) agree that the use of Sarawak.net system(s) or service(s) will not be in any violation of Federal, State, or local statues, rules, and regulations. This includes material that is legally obscene, threatening, libelous, or trade-secret violation, patent or copyright conflict, unsolicited bulk mail or chain mail posting to USENET news groups through Sarawak.net. Upon discovery of violation, user’s account or access to the Network will be disabled and user shall be liable of any damage or claim due to the cause.

User understand that Sarawak.net will cooperate fully in any investigation which is requested by parties alleging to be effected by the user behavior while using Sarawak.net account or network. Sarawak.net further reserves the right to release any evidence of illegal activity which sarawak.net discovers to be in violation of Federal, State, rules, and regulations.

User(s) agree to indemnify and hold sarawak.net and its owners, officers, employees, suppliers of services and agents harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, judgments, causes of action, losses, expenses, fees (including attorney’s fees) liability or damages for libel, slander, or infringement of copyright from material transmitted via Sarawak.net, or arising from the usage of Sarawak.net or its other network services. Sarawak.net shall not be responsible for ANY loss that user(s) suffer from the use of Sarawak.net and its other network services, including but not limited to interruption of service, "computer viruses" incomplete, incorrect delivery or delay of information regardless of cause. Sarawak.net makes no implied warranties or representations of any kind for the services provided through Sarawak.net Subscriber Account or network connection. This indemnity shall survive the termination of the agreement.

User(s) understand that the account with Sarawak.net is not transferable, and that the security of his(her) account, including password is his (her) responsibility and that all use which originated from his (her) account or network connection will be considered to be undertaker by him (her) unless it can be shown to have been unauthorized intrusion. User(s) agree to notify Sarawak.net immediately if he (she) believe that the account or network has been or is being compromised.

Users agree not to abuse the Sarawak.net and other network systems and their resources including disk space for downloaded files, bypass security and accounting procedures (processes), and further to agree not to loan his (her) account to others, or any kind of abusive use.

Subscribed users agree to pay the monthly due or other service charge in a timely basis and keep the account current or else Sarawak.net could disable its access anytime. Users also agree to notify Sarawak.net Network Operation Center of any changes regarding account information within 10 days, which includes changes of address, charge card information, if applicable.

Sarawak.net reserves the right to modify these account terms and conditions at any time. Further more, Sarawak.net reserves the right to change the services offered and cost of said services at any time to reflect the cost of operation as well as market situation when it is necessary. Notification of said changes via on-line in conspicuous place shall be constitute proper notice.

CIN.NET Subscriber Accounts that are canceled before expiration of term are not entitled to a refund. This agreement which is not transferable shall automatically continue at the end of the initial term unless the users notify Sarawak.net in writing. at least 10 days before expiration of the subscribed account.

Subscribers also should understand that any violation of these Subscriber Account Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of his (her) CIN.NET subscriber account and forfeiture of his (her) remaining Subscriber account subscription fees.

Subscribers affirm that he (she) has read this Subscriber Account Terms and Conditions form and agree with its terms and conditions as specified above.
